in Nepal and out of it.

An envelope to Ilam, a pallet to Nepalgunj, four hundred COD orders on a Tuesday morning, or a pashmina consignment to London. Same network, same tracking number, same weekly statement.

Cash on delivery

The service most of Nepali e-commerce runs on

Roughly seven in ten online orders in Nepal are paid in cash at the door. That makes COD the core service, not an add-on — and the reason our ledger was built before our marketing site.

Set the amount at booking
The rider collects exactly what you specify. Change it before pickup and the label reprints.
Credited on delivery
The amount hits your ledger the moment the parcel is marked delivered — not when someone reconciles a sheet.
Weekly bank transfer
Collections minus charges, on a fixed day, with a statement you can hand to your accountant.

Express & same-day

When the recipient has already named a deadline

Express jumps the queue on the next line-haul and goes out first on the delivery run. Same-day is Valley-only in practice — and we will say so rather than take the booking and miss.

Same-day inside the Valley
Booked before 11 am, delivered by close of business. Priced at 2.4× standard, because that is what it costs to run.
Overnight on the corridor
Kathmandu to Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Birgunj and Biratnagar on the evening line-haul.
Priority at every scan
Express parcels are sorted first at the hub and loaded last, so they come off first.

Cargo & freight

When it stops being a parcel and starts being a pallet

Above about eight kilograms, per-parcel pricing stops making sense. Cargo is priced per kilogram at a lower rate, moves on the same line-haul, and is delivered to the door rather than to a depot.

Up to 1,000 kg a consignment
Van and pickup capacity on every corridor route, with a dedicated vehicle available above that.
Cheaper per kilogram
Cargo runs at 0.85× the standard rate — the trade is a slower promise date.
Door delivery, not depot
Distributors should not have to send someone to collect from a yard.

Warehousing & 3PL

Stop renting a room for cardboard

Send your stock to our Kathmandu hub once. We shelve it, and as orders come in we pick, pack and dispatch them — so your fixed cost becomes a per-order cost.

Racked and counted
Every SKU has a location and a live count you can see in the merchant panel.
Pick, pack, dispatch
Orders that land before the afternoon cut-off go out the same evening.
Priced per order, not per month
Storage by shelf-space, handling by order. Seasonal peaks cost more only when they actually happen.

Fragile handling

A sticker is not a handling process

Fragile carries a 12% surcharge, and that money buys something specific: a separate lane through the hub, its own shelving, and loading last so nothing goes on top of it.

Segregated at every hub
Fragile never travels underneath a pallet of dry goods.
Loaded last, unloaded first
Less time under load, fewer hands on the box.
Insurance strongly advised
Glass, ceramics and screens should carry declared-value cover. We will prompt you at booking.

Prohibited and restricted items are listed in full — check before booking anything unusual.

Returns & reverse pickup

Returns are part of retail. We treat them that way.

Book a reverse pickup and a rider collects from your customer's address and brings it back to you — tracked the whole way, with the reason for return recorded against the original tracking number.

Linked to the original parcel
A return is not a new orphan shipment. It stays attached to the order it came from.
Three attempts, then honesty
If a delivery fails three times the parcel returns automatically and you see exactly why each attempt failed.
Condition noted on collection
The rider records the state of the item at pickup, which settles most disputes before they start.

Scheduled pickup

A rider at your shutter, at the same time every day

Book a two-hour window whenever you need one, or — once you are shipping twenty or more parcels a day — get a fixed daily slot and the same rider who learns your shop and your stock.

Two-hour windows
Book by 11 am for a same-day collection anywhere we operate directly.
Fixed daily slot
For 20+ parcels a day, at no extra charge. Your packing schedule stops being guesswork.
Counter drop-off too
Any of twelve branches, if it is easier to walk it in.

Every service, same process

What happens after you press book

The service level changes the speed and the price. It does not change how the parcel is handled or how you see it.

  1. 1

    Label generated

A tracking number is issued and the label is ready to print — thermal or A4, four to a sheet.

  2. 2

    Collected and scanned

Pickup scan starts the clock and makes the tracking page live for your customer.

  3. 3

    Sorted and hauled

Origin hub, overnight line-haul, destination branch. Three scans, all visible.

  4. 4

    Delivered and settled

Proof of delivery captured, cash collected, ledger credited.

Insurance & liability

Cover with a stated deadline

Basic liability covers up to Rs 5,000 of declared value at no charge. Above that, cover is 1.2% of declared value — and a claim gets a decision within fifteen working days, in writing.

Declare the real value
Under-declaring to save on the surcharge caps what you can claim. It is a false economy on a single loss.
Claims have a clock
Fifteen working days to a decision. An open-ended process is a way of saying no slowly.
Exclusions listed up front
Cash, precious metals and undeclared electronics are not covered, and we tell you that before you book.

Every service, every district

Inside the hub

One sort, four scans

Whatever service you choose, the parcel passes the same four scan points. That is what makes the tracking page a record rather than a guess.

Pickup scan
Starts tracking and confirms the count against your manifest.
Hub scan
Overhead scanners read labels on the belt, so mis-sorts are caught before they travel.
Branch scan
Arrival at the destination branch, before it goes onto a rider’s route.
Doorstep scan
Delivery, with proof captured and COD reconciled.

Documents

Envelopes should not cost parcel money

Anything under 500 g that fits a document sleeve rides at 0.7× the standard rate, because it genuinely costs us less to move. Contracts, cheques, certificates and legal papers.

0.7× standard rate
Priced down because an envelope takes no meaningful space on the line-haul.
Signature on delivery
Name and time captured, which is what legal documents usually need.
Same tracking, same settlement
No separate account, no separate invoice.

Questions

Questions about services

The ones that come up most when a merchant is deciding how to ship.

Can I mix services on one account?
Yes. Service is chosen per parcel, not per account. The same merchant can send a document by express to Biratnagar and a pallet by cargo to Nepalgunj on the same day, and both appear in the same dashboard and the same weekly settlement.
What is the heaviest single item you carry?
Up to 1,000 kg per consignment on the cargo service, subject to the destination being reachable by pickup truck. Above that we can arrange a dedicated vehicle — talk to sales rather than booking it online.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Saturday is Nepal’s weekend and the network runs a skeleton shift: hubs process line-haul, but doorstep delivery is limited to the Valley and pre-arranged priority consignments. Promise dates already account for this, so a Friday booking to Pokhara quotes Sunday, not Saturday.
Is insurance included or extra?
Basic liability is included up to Rs 5,000 of declared value. Above that, insurance is an optional surcharge of 1.2% of declared value with a Rs 25 minimum, and it is priced separately on every quote so you can see exactly what the cover costs.
How do I choose between express and standard?
Standard is the right default for almost everything — it is the same network, one day slower in most zones. Choose express when the recipient has told you a deadline, and same-day only inside the Valley for genuinely urgent items, because it costs roughly 2.4× standard.

Not sure which service you need?

Tell us what you ship, how much of it, and where it goes. We will tell you honestly which service fits — including when the cheaper one is the right answer.
