Getting started

From registration to first delivery

Usually one working day, and the slowest part is us checking your bank details properly.

  1. 1

    Register

Business registration or PAN, a photo ID, and the bank account settlements should go to.

  2. 2

    Get verified

We check the registration against the bank account before the first payout, not after.

  3. 3

    Book and print

One at a time in the panel, a CSV of the morning’s orders, or an API call from your store.

  4. 4

    Hand it over

Book a pickup window, or drop off at any of twelve branches.

The dashboard

Numbers that tell you the truth

Most courier dashboards show you what was booked. What you actually need is what is stuck, what failed and why, and how much money is sitting in the network.

Delivered and return rate, by district
A district where your returns spike is a data-quality problem you can fix at booking.
COD outstanding, live
Collected and not yet settled, updated on every delivery scan rather than overnight.
Exceptions with reasons
Not a count of failures. The actual reason each one failed, so you can act on it today.

Bulk booking

Four hundred orders, one upload

On a good morning you should not be typing addresses. Upload the CSV your store already exports, and get back four hundred tracking numbers and a print-ready label sheet.

CSV in, tracking numbers out
Validated on upload, with the bad rows listed rather than the whole file rejected.
Labels as one PDF
Thermal or A4 four-up. Print the stack, stick them on, hand them over.
Duplicate detection
Upload the same file twice by accident and you get a warning, not eight hundred parcels.

Settlement

Cash back on a day you can plan around

The number one complaint about couriers in Nepal is not speed or breakage. It is chasing COD money. So this is the part with the most machinery behind it.

Credited on delivery
The amount lands on your ledger as the delivery is scanned.
A fixed weekly transfer
Collections minus charges, on the same day each week, with a statement you can hand to an accountant.
Visible before it is paid
You see the batch, line by line, while it is still pending.

Reconciliation

Every line traces back to one tracking number

A statement you cannot reconcile against your own orders is a statement you have to trust blindly. Ours exports to CSV with the tracking number on every row.

Append-only ledger
Corrections are new lines with reasons, never edits. The history survives an audit.
CSV export
Match against your order IDs in a spreadsheet in ten minutes.
Ageing flagged
Anything unsettled past fourteen days is surfaced rather than quietly aging.

Built for teams

Your staff get the access they need

And not the access they do not. Permission and data scope are separate checks, so a branch account sees its own parcels rather than everyone's.

  • Owner

Everything, including bank details, contract rates and staff management.

  • Manager

Bookings, pickups, exceptions and reports. Sees the settlement, cannot change the bank account.

  • Staff

Books parcels and prints labels. Never sees your settlement balance or your rate card.

  • Accountant

Settlements, statements and exports. No access to operational booking at all.

  • Developer

API keys and webhook configuration, scoped to a sandbox until you promote them.

  • Warehouse

Stock counts and dispatch if you use 3PL. Nothing financial.

Integration

Push orders straight from checkout

If your store already knows the address and the order total, nobody should be retyping them. Retyping is where wrong COD amounts and wrong addresses come from.

One call per order
The tracking number comes back in the response, ready to show the customer.
Idempotency keys
Retry after a timeout and you get the same parcel back, not a duplicate.
Sandbox first
A test environment with fake parcels you can move through every status.

Webhooks

We tell you. You do not ask us.

Polling a courier API every five minutes for a status that changes twice a day is a waste of both our servers. Webhooks push the change the moment it happens.

Every status change
Picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, failed, returned.
Signed and retried
Signature on every payload, with retries and a dead-letter queue if your endpoint is down.
Your order status stays true
Which means your customer service stops having to check two systems.

No developer?

CSV does most of what an API does

Plenty of good businesses do not have anyone to write an integration, and that should not cost them a working dashboard. The bulk importer covers the same ground manually.

Export from your store, import here
Column mapping is remembered, so it is a two-click job after the first time.
Validation before creation
Bad phone numbers and missing landmarks are flagged before parcels exist.

The data model is the same, so nothing is thrown away when you outgrow it.

Pickup

A rider at your shutter, on a schedule

At twenty parcels a day you get a fixed daily collection at no extra charge — same time, ideally the same rider, who learns your shop and your stock.

Two-hour windows on demand
Booked by 11 am for same-day collection.
Fixed daily slot at volume
Which makes your packing schedule predictable instead of reactive.
Counter drop-off too
Twelve branches, with a later cut-off than pickup.

Returns

Returns handled as part of retail

Book a reverse pickup and a rider collects from your customer's address. It stays attached to the original tracking number, with the reason recorded — so your returns data is actually usable.

Linked to the original order
Not an orphan shipment with no context.
Condition captured at collection
Which settles most disputes before they start.
Auto-return after three attempts
With every failure reason visible, so you can fix the cause.

3PL

Or hand us the warehouse too

Send stock to our Kathmandu hub once. We shelve it, and pick, pack and dispatch as orders land. Your fixed monthly cost becomes a per-order cost.

Live SKU counts
Every item with a location and a count in the merchant panel.
Same-evening dispatch
Orders before the afternoon cut-off go out on that night’s line-haul.

Support

A person, not a ticket number

A 12-minute first-response target during working hours, on a Nepali number, in Nepali or English. Escalation to someone who can actually move a parcel, not just apologise about it.

Coverage

One account, the whole country

You do not need a second courier for the far west. The promise date is longer and the price is higher, but it is the same booking flow and the same settlement.

No separate account for hard routes
Which is how most merchants end up reconciling three statements.
Honest promise dates
So you can tell your customer something you will not have to apologise for.

What we were told

The problems merchants actually named

From the service-design interviews this network was built around.

  • I do not need a fancy portal. I need to know that on Friday the money is in the bank and the number matches my orders.
    Sabina MaharjanOnline fashion retailer, Lalitpur
  • Give me the failure reason. If it says wrong address I will fix my checkout form. If it just says failed, I can do nothing with that.
    Rabin GurungElectronics distributor, Pokhara
  • The hardest part of my week is uploading four hundred orders one at a time because the CSV import kept rejecting the whole file over one bad row.
    Nirmala PoudelHandicraft exporter, Bhaktapur

Switching

Run us in parallel. Give us the hard routes.

Do not move your whole volume on a promise. Send us the districts your current courier is worst at, and compare the delivered rate and the settlement experience on a real sample.

No exclusivity, ever
There is no contract clause stopping you using two couriers, and there never will be.
Start with the hard half

Move when the data says so
Not when a salesperson tells you to.

Payouts

Where the money actually lands

Bank transfer to the account on your registration. Changing that account takes a second approver and lands in the audit log, because account-change fraud is the most common way courier payouts get stolen.

Verified against your registration
Before the first payout, not after a problem.
Transaction reference on every payment
So a disputed payout can be traced to a bank record.
Two people to change it
Approval and payment are separate actions by named people.

Pickup day one

A rider can be at your shop tomorrow morning

Register today, get verified, book a pickup window. There is no onboarding project, no integration prerequisite and no minimum to hit first.

No integration required to start
Book in the panel on day one and integrate whenever it suits you.
Labels from any printer
Thermal if you have one, A4 four-up if you do not.
First pickup free
So the only thing you are risking is one afternoon.

Questions

Business account questions

What owners ask before moving volume.

Is there a minimum volume to open an account?
No. A business account is free to open and there is no monthly minimum. Contract rates become available at roughly 200 parcels a month, but you do not need to reach that to use the dashboard, the API or the weekly settlement.
What do I need to register?
Your business registration or PAN certificate, a photo of the person who will hold the account, and the bank details settlements should go to. Most accounts are approved within one working day, and we check the bank details against the registration before the first payout rather than after.
How quickly can I start shipping?
Same day if you register in the morning. Once approved you can book immediately, and a pickup rider can be at your shop the same afternoon inside the Valley or the next morning elsewhere on the corridor.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes, with roles. A packer who books parcels and prints labels does not need to see your settlement balance or your contract rate, so they do not. Every action is recorded against the person who took it.
What if I already use another courier?
Most merchants run two for a while, and that is sensible. Send us a slice of your volume — ideally your hardest routes rather than your easiest — and compare the delivered rate and the settlement experience before moving anything else.
Do you integrate with WooCommerce or Shopify?
There is a REST API that either can call, plus bulk CSV import for teams without a developer. A packaged plugin is on the roadmap; until it ships, the API takes an afternoon for someone who has integrated a payment gateway before.
